Your model stays yours.

We process STL files to check their geometry and generate a preview. For PayPal Sandbox checkout, we temporarily retain your model with its quote. After a confirmed test payment we save an encrypted order containing the STL, selected quality, quoted price, PayPal transaction details and the delivery name and postal address you confirm in PayPal. These records are kept in private server storage for operator review; Sandbox orders use test money and do not trigger real printing. Temporary request buffers may be written to the server's private temporary directory and are removed when the request ends.

Only upload models you have permission to use. Avoid including personal information in file names. A production privacy notice, retention policy and fulfilment terms must be provided before ordering opens.
